Richard Polivy’s practice in the Litigation and Workout area is with respect to matters relating to failed secured and unsecured loan transactions, bankruptcy and contract disputes including summary process matters. Mr. Polivy has tried matters in the bankruptcy and trial courts in Connecticut and Massachusetts as well as the federal court in New York.

Craig Taschner’s practice over the last 25 years in the Commercial Litigation and Workout area is broad and covers the spectrum of areas in which Polivy & Taschner, LLC practices. Mr. Taschner has extensive trial and appellate court experience in all Connecticut State and Federal Courts and has litigated matters arising from commercial business and financial institution related transactions, debt recovery, creditor and borrower disputes and insolvency matters, complex commercial contract litigation, complex commercial landlord-tenant matters, and partnership and closely held business disputes . Mr. Taschner has tried matters in the bankruptcy and trial and appellate courts in Connecticut.

Houston Putnam Lowry practices in the areas of complex commercial litigation, arbitration, mediation, creditor bankruptcy matters (including related litigation), foreclosures, contract disputes, landlord-tenant matters, administrative law matters, unfair trade practices matters, uniform domain name dispute resolution procedures (UDRP), computer crime matters, tax matters, international and enforcement of foreign judgments (domestic and international).
