Richard Polivy’s Real Estate practice is concentrated in matters relating to zoning for residential projects, entity creation, property acquisition, financial transactions including timeshare related financings, real estate project adjustments and workouts and summary process matters.

Craig Taschner’s Real Estate practice is concentrated in matters relating to financial transactions and business organization creation and restructuring and commercial and residential summary process and related landlord-tenant matters.

Dale Clayton’s Real Estate practice is concentrated in matters relating to financial transactions including timeshare related financings, business organization creation, restructuring and summary process matters.

Our clientele in the Real Estate aspects of our practice includes entities which lend funds such as banks, finance and mortgage companies and entities which receive and borrow funds. We have the capacity and are capable of representations of both lenders and borrowers but in connection with matters involving liquidation and arrangement proceedings under the Bankruptcy Act, we limit our representation of individual or entities to lenders, creditors and secured parties.
